Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is cleaned, all water tanks are emptied, and the unit is packed securely in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and docking stations.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
